The place was reasonably clean, well-appointed rooms. Nice building and rooms with tea and coffee. The location excellent and unbeatable to the EMP museum. And right by the Ballard Locks and Golden Garden beach park, Needle and monorail, and cruise port.

The location was great!
They only make up the rooms every other day. Not Acceptable. Did not tell us in advance. The room taxes (State/City) at 18+% were a RIP-OFF! Water lines broke on final day - no water after 8:30 am. No suggestion they would adjusat bill.
